Jan Reid is the founding Consultant and Director of Active Minds.
She has held senior management roles in several blue-chip organisations, with a proven track record of Business and IT Transformation and Change Delivery. Her experience includes Change arising from company reorganizations, takeovers, mergers and outsourcing. She has worked in outsourcing and 3rd party partnerships, from both the client and the supplier perspectives.
With her strong business focus and broad technical background, alongside excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills, all of these enable her to undertake key customer facing roles, due to her ability to translate technical information into business implications. A Prince2 Practitioner who is accustomed to establishing and delivering programmes and projects to completion within stringent constraints, to drive real business benefits.
In addition to working with blue chip organisations she set up Active Minds to develop this Consultancy offering alongside more mainstream senior IT management roles.
She is looking for new challenges and the opportunity to work with more diverse organisations, to use her experience and expertise to help them get the maximum benefits from IT, and deliver real business improvements.

We work closely with this company for support and assistance when clients require more technical services and solutions related to hardware, networks or web-based systems.
Although they are very good at designing and building information
based Websites, their primary area is the development of bespoke
applications to integrate the graphical presentation on the website
through to back end systems and process integration.
